Location is unbeatable, just a block from the beach! ! The views from the room's balcony are breathtaking, truly a slice of paradise. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable.

The hotel’s decor feels outdated, and cleaning services are severely lacking. It was disappointing that I had to pick up my own towels and request cleaning for basic amenities like soaps.

the views were absolutely stunning, with a perfect sight of diamond head and the vibrant beach. my previous stay in honolulu didn't compare to how castle made this visit so enjoyable. the amenities, like keyless entry and free mineral sunscreen, really made my stay feel special.

I loved waking up to breathtaking ocean views every morning! The kitchenette was perfect for preparing quick meals after a long day of exploring. Take advantage of the nearby Starbucks and Denny's for great meals and coffee. Highly recommend unit 911 for superb scenery. Enjoy your stay!

the kitchenette was missing some basic essentials and during our stay, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. but a great view from the 10th floor, provided beach chairs and an umbrella for our use, and super friendly staff made up for it.

The City View Studio Kitchenette was decent but pretty dated overall. Could see a bit of the ocean from the right, but mostly it was park and zoo views. The air conditioner wasn't great. it barely cooled the room and leaked on the balcony. Felt like the room needed some maintenance. Rooms aren't cleaned regularly, so I had to ask for towels more than I wanted to. Nice enough for a stay, but just know what you're getting into.

Had an oceanview room that blew my mind with a fine panorama of Diamond Head! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and park, great for wandering around.
